Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All original work is non-refundable. However, in the unlikely situation that original artwork arrives damaged or there are issues, please contact me at art@jegreenman.com. I take great efforts to ensure that artwork arrives in pristine condition and I would like to know if that is not the case.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
At this time, J E. Greenman does not allow exchanges.
Refunds
If outstanding circumstances occur we will discuss the option of item replacement prior to a refund being issued. If item replacement is not an option and a refund is the best solution, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me at art@jegreenman.com.
