Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays, along with custom orders/commission pieces) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom orders or commissions will take longer processing time, due to the craft required prior to shipping. These orders will take 1 to 4 weeks to process in most cases or the time discussed either prior to or at the time of purchase between the customer and J. E. Greenman
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at art@jegreenman.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Please contact art@jegreenman.com if you have questions or concerns about the art you received, including if items arrive damaged or with issues. Original work is non-refundable. Exchanges are not permitted.
If outstanding circumstances occur we will discuss the option of item replacement prior to a refund being issued. If item replacement is not an option and a refund is the best solution, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since I’ve approved your return, please contact me at art@jegreenman.com.
